Ecommerce Shipping & Returns

You may return a controller within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  **Please note if the item purchased has been fitted with a tamper evident sticker, the sticker will need to be intact for a return to be eligible, regardless of the reason for return** . If there is any issue, please don't attempt to repair, just return and we will take care of it for you.

You should expect to receive your refund within one business day of our receipt of your returned item.  Items will go through an inspection prior to issuing a refund.

Currently we ship to the United States via USPS and shipping is free unless otherwise noted.
All single controller purchases will come shipped in a plain brown box, orders containing two or more controllers will be shipped in a padded mailer via USPS Priority Insured 2-3 day mail.
